Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be applied to your future booking.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee and, in some cases, may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.

Our goal is to provide each guest with the time and attention they deserve, and last-minute changes impact both our team and other clients.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Some exceptions may apply at our discretion.
